Hello, thank you for your comment and the article, we will make note of that in this document and for future updates to the Red Lake Area Plan. An update to the area plan will take place after the Comprehensive Plan is complete and the schedule for updating area plans will be determined by the Board of Supervisors. And, the advisory group for Envision 2045 is in the process of being formed, check back on this site by the end of May for those details.

All of the data is great, but our culture cannot be understood just by the data. I see the Social Connections area is blank. May I suggest the following two documents that explain what I feel is some of our culture. 1. The Williams/Grand Canyon news paper recently wrote an article about Red Lake and provided a nice history of the area. You can go to Google and enter: Out of the Past/red lake community 2. The Red Lake Area Plan was written with the help of local residents and approved by the Coconino Board of Supervisors on September 21,1992. Is there any intent to update or create a new version? 3. Who are the residents involved in this Envision 2045 project and how can I reach out to them?
